Devotions are prayers. What is prayer? Simply put, it is talking and listening to God; Mary, the Saints. There are different kinds of prayer. Vocal, quiet, contemplative. Sometimes, just placing yourself in the Presence of God while you are going about your daily duties, especially when you give it all to Him and let Him take over for you.
Daily Mass (if possible) Mass is the greatest prayer that we can participate in
Daily Rosary. This can be done while you are walking, waiting in lines, in the car. Tapes are good to help keep you focused.
